Non bisogna comunque demordere, occorre “scuotere” le migliori forze che pur sussistono, nella nostra realtà provinciale, in una parola “muoversi”.
A favore del potenziamento del Tribunale di S. Maria C.V. si è espresso anche l’avvocato penalista Gennaro Iannotti, il quale ci ha detto testualmente: “Credo poco nelle strutture piccole e sono contrario alla giurisprudenza domestica. L’amministrazione della giustizia non deve essere smantellata, bensì accorpata, per dare maggiore praticabilità agli operatori del diritto e rispondere alla esigenza di avvicinare sempre più la norma all’uomo”.
