house rentals for students, how much they cost in 2010

Quanto costa un affitto per uno studente nelle città italiane? Mediamente 650 euro al mese . Lo ha calcolato il portale casa.it sottolinenado che le città piu' care per questa tipologia di alloggio sono Venezia e Roma.
La capitale è la più cara con un canone mensile di circa 870 euro per una metratura compresa tra i 40 e i 60 metri quadrati, seguita da Venezia che registra un prezzo mensile di circa 800 euro. Sempre a Roma non sono rari i casi in cui per affittare una singola stanza vengano chiesti400/500 euro nella zona vicino La Sapienza.
Dopo le due città c'è Milano, che costa al mese circa 780 euro, ma spostandosi nella vicina Pavia l'affitto scende a circa 522 euro. Firenze costa una media di 762 euro, mentre 748 euro sarebbe il prezzo medio per Napoli, che si conferma la città universitaria più cara del Sud. La citta universitaria più economica d'Italia per gli affitti sarebbe invece Viterbo, dove il prezzo medio è di 453 euro.

Quando si possono utilizzare le agevolazioni fiscali al momento del rogito come "prima casa" e quando la stessa è considerata tale? Non sono domande da nulla perchè nel caso di compravendita prima casa le imposte sono del 4% altrimenti del 10% , il prossimo anno forse dell'8% se passa la riforma del federalismo fiscale.

Di solito non si possono utilizzare le agevolazioni come prima casa se il futuro proprietario risulti già in possesso nello stesso comune o nell’intero territorio nazionale, se acquistato con le agevolazioni,di un immobile ad uso abitativo.
