Nel 2009 le ristrutturazioni per la casa sono aumentate del 14% rispetto all' anno precedente. Si tratta come comunica l'Agenzia delle entrate di un record assoluto dovuto soprattutto alle detrazioni fiscali del 36%.
Nel corso del primo anno degli incentivi fiscali, il 1998, hanno utilizzato il bonus per le ristrutturazioni della casa più di 240.000 cittadini. L'anno che si è chiuso il 31 dicembre scorso, invece, ha registrato 447.728 ristrutturazioni agevolate, vale a dire request that the discount has increased, twelve years after the entry into force of the standard 86%. Throughout the period, growth has been exponential, with percentage increases compared to 1998, +6% in '99, +14% in 2000, +33% in 2001, up 49% in 2002. In 2003, while increasing by 30% from '98, recorded a slight decrease over the previous year (-12%). Up again in 2004, and just under 45% in 2005, up 42% (-2% on the previous year). And again in 2006 +54% and +67% in 2007. Slight drop in growth, "only" +63% in 2008 (-3% in 2007). Until the best performance, which was recorded last year, amounting to +86%.
