Who buys a house which requires cutting the most? The three rooms, the classic three rooms' bathroom and kitchen is in fact the property type piu'richiesto in Italy with 35.9% of preferences, followed by the two-room apartment with 29%, the four rooms with 21.7% and, finally, the five rooms with 8, 4%. These are the results disseminated by Tecnocasa studies that analyzed the orientation of the application in January 2010 in our country.
